Donation Form
We want to give you all the tools you may need to make asking for donations easier. There are two types of donation forms below that you can easily link to, print, and use to ask for donations.
- General Donation Form: For donors to make a single donation to one walker.
- Team Donation Form: For donors to make donations to a team. Donors can easily allocate funds to each person on the team instead of filling out multiply General Donation Forms.

Fundraising Tools

You Deserve the Credit
Recruit new Walkers and reach your fundraising goal faster. That's right, you earn $100 fundraising credit for each new Walker you refer. By recruiting up to 20 new Walkers, between now and July 25, 2010, you can reach 100% of you fundraising goal!
Get all your friends and family to walk with you today! Anyone not registered for the 2009 Indianapolis Weekend to End Breast Cancer is considered a new Walker.

Your Facebook Application
Reach out to your friends on Facebook. Download your very own Facebook App and fundraise virtually.
Your friends can make online donations, see your progress and ask for more info. It's a great way for you to spread the word to your online community.
Login to the Participant Center to download your Facebook App.

Customized Tools
Be sure to frequently login to your Participant Center for the most up-to-date tools. There are Business Cards you can customize, a Certificate of Appreciation you can print and give to your donors, and other tips and tools to help you fundraise for The Weekend
Plus you can check on your progress, track your donations and follow up on your emails.

Suggested Training Guidelines
It will take time to prepare for The Weekend, but with the proper training anyone can walk 60km. We want to share our Suggested Training Guidelines with you. This guide is an ideal plan that you can follow as far out as twenty four weeks before the event. If this plan doesn't fit into your schedule, please don't get discouraged! Just do as much as you can and do it consistently.

Stretch!
Stretching regularly before and after your training walks and workouts will help you attain and maintain flexibility. This will have tremendous payoffs for you during The Walk - muscle pain, stiffness, injuries, and fatigue will all be lessened.

Hometown Press
Hometown Press Release:
Click the "Hometown Press Release 1" or the "Hometown Press Release 2" document above to see two press release templates that describe your motivation for participating and your dedication to conquering cancer. Personalize the release and send it to your local newspaper.
Be sure to include your name and participant ID in the article. This allows people you don’t know to donate to you via your Personal Page. The "Instructions" document explains how to fill out the Hometown Press Release. The "Sample Success Story" shows you an example of how one of your fellow participants used the Hometown Press Release with great success!
Fundraising Advisory:
Do you want to invite your community to attend your own fundraising event for The Weekend to End Breast Cancer? Click the "Fundraising Advisory" document above, to open a media advisory template that will alert those in your area about your fundraiser. Personalize the advisory and send it to your local newspaper’s community calendar section. If the newspaper does not have a community calendar section, send the advisory to the general news or news tips email address.
Be sure to include your name and participant ID, so those who are unable to attend can still donate to you via your Personal Page. The "Instructions" document explains how to fill out the Fundraising Advisory. The "Sample Success Story" shows you an example of how one of your fellow participants used the Fundraising Advisory with great success!
